On Saturday, May 16th 2015, InnoBarentsLab brought to Rovaniemi people an unforgettable experience with Vietnamese food and music. We started with a local who is famous with her love for food from Ho Chi Minh City: An Tran, the project’s leader and an international team from China, Finland, Czech Republic, and Russia. Together, they made a perfect team with a big passion for Vietnamese authentic cuisine as well as a wide understanding for local tastes. Due to that, we came up with 4 products: Vietnamese baguette with specially marinated grilled meat and vegetables, Vietnamese panna cotta with fruits, steamed buns (both vegetarian and normal version), and last but not least, Vietnamese green tea.
